Who are the Big Ten Champions?

 

 

No brainer there, Penn State beat the Michigan State Spartans with a final score of 37-22. It has been a decade since the Lions brought home the Big Ten Championship. A couple of weeks ago I said Penn State would beat them by 10 points but I am very glad that I am wrong. This was a very important game to both teams. For Penn State it was their championship on the line and for Michigan State they needed to win to become bowl eligible.

The Nittany Lions are going to a bowl, not the Rose Bowl unfortunately. CBS predicts will go the Orange Bowl in sunny Florida to play against Virginia Tech. But no one really knows for sure. I would love to see Penn State play either Notre Dame, Alabama, or the number one team in the country USC because I think anyone of those games would be edge of your seat type games.

The BCS ( Bowl College Series) will announce the bowls in couple of weeks. There is some championship games that have to be played yet. When I find out, I will pass along the information.
