I love taking photos, I always have since I had my 110. Yes, I had a 110 but cameras have evolved. I have had regular 35 mm and I used to have a Pentax K1000 SLR camera which I loved so much. I would love to have the Canon Rebel SLR 10 mega pixel camera. Can you imagine the pictures? I could take rock pictures where you can see the texture of the rock.

Currently I am using a Kodak easy share 3 mega pixel camera. It may not be an SLR but it really takes some nice photographs. I love taking nature photos, ask anyone that knows me about my obsession with rocks and birds, they can tell you.
This is one picture that I took at Sea Side Heights, NJ when we took my daughter to the beach for the first time. What is nice about this photo is that you can actually see that gradation’s of blue. I like this picture so much, I am currently using it as my wall paper.

This one I took the other day when we went to the park near my house. The sky was a translucent blue and the whole scene looked alive. Of course, the water is not that blue but it was very clear that day.

If you need scrapbook page ideas use photos. You can use some landscapes or shots of people. A little tip I learned along the way is since you can a lot of pictures with a digital camera take as many of the same thing because out of 30 pictures you will find that gem. When it comes to people, you don’t have to stick with the rigid portrait style, you can try letting your subject be your subject. Have you ever noticed the best family photos are the ones that are taken when the person doesn’t know his picture is being taken.

With digital cameras now a days it makes it so easy to capture every moment of life. I think digital cameras are one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century because it can really preserve a whole generation from birth to old age.
