Take the Winter Chill out of Your Room

For many of us, it is winter and we hope Ole Punxsy Phil will tell us spring is around the corner. We also know how he really can’t tell the weather anyway. Until spring really does come we need to stay warm. Many people use some kind of space heater in addition to their main source of fuel.
When I was younger many people I knew used kerosene heaters. You know the big round ones that you would have to be careful around or good efficient electric heaters. Well there is a new space heater and it is the gas infrared heaters.
These are nifty because they save spcae by being mounted on the wall and you can buy that uses either propane or natural gas. Also both types are vent free.
Personally, I would buy a propane fuel heater only because propane is a cheaper fuel, clean, burns effciently and there is plenty of it to go around. Not only that the price of a heater is not very expensive either. The cheapest I found was $125 and the most expensive $225. If you are looking to offset your heating bills, one of these babies could save you some money in the end.
