Wordclay Short Story Contest

Hello all, I just found about this short contest the other day but if you have the time or something ready you might be interested in this. Th contest does end on May 31, 2008 that gives you ten days. Prizes include cash and publishing packages. Wordclay is a self-publisher for those who don’t know. For those who are lucky enough to make it to the top 15 your story will be published in volume 2 of Wordclay Anthology of Best of Modern Voices even that is a great prize.

For just the short story contest the word limit is 5000 words. For the short story anthology contest the word limit is a combined total of 15,000 words. It is free to enter and you don’t have to join the Wordclay community to submit. I may not enter this contest but I think I will join the community and see how it goes. I don’t know maybe I have a story in the Weekly Shorts archive  that is worthy to be sent. I do have ten days and I can  do a lot in ten days if I put my mind to something!
