Really you have every single intention of going to the concert, letting your hair down and rocking out. Then something unforseen happens, maybe you changed jobs and you can’t get off of work, a family emergency I am sure you get the idea and now you can’t go to the concert. It is a free service where you take the tickets to the concert you can’t go to and post them online and then someone or many come along and you choose the person who should buy the tickets.
