Earlier today I was looking on Ebay for Windows 98 SE for the boyfriend’s dad’s laptop. What a rip, why would someone charge almost $70 for an operating system when you can buy upgrades cheaper than that or even buy Windows xp for a little bit more. Anyway I don’t think Win 98 SE is worth that much anyway. I do like discount software.

At softwaresupplygroup.com I can find lots of great programs for deep discounts for all sorts of programs from brands like Adobe and Microsoft or I can buy Kaspersky Internet Security. I actually need this for my laptop because I have none on there right now since I moved from AOL dial up to Verizon DSL. It is only 29.95 and adds extra security for WiFi connections as well. I am not wireless yet on my laptop but I will be soon.

Question answered about why Win 98 SE is so expensive, I took a look at the discount software blog yes people still need Win 98 even Win 95. Here I am thinking of upgrading my computer to XP.
