Pizza Ovens and Stoves from Grenadier

Quick question- who doesn’t love woodburning stoves? I can’t get enough the warmth, the smells and the crackling coziness of a fire. At Grenadier you can find a completely unique wood burning stove called the African Iziko Lokubasela.  These wood burning stoves are made from ceramic and hand crafted by African artisans. The stoves are made in such a way that prevents cracking. From this stove alone you can expect an output of 10KW and can be as great as 30 KW.  The stove pictured is “African Earth” other colors include “White Crackle” and “Deep Red”. Each stove comes with an handmade African mask, you can also order a stove with out the mask. This stove is available for 1099 pounds. I think that is a steal considering this is a handmade  item.

Another great item Grenadier offers are pizza ovens. These pizza ovens are mentioned in Jamie Oliver’s latest book. These ovens are made from ceramic just as the wood burning stoves but they are portable. Yes they call it a pizza oven but you can make anything you can think of that would taste good wood cooked. Some of the features include a porous cooking surface allowing for an even cooking temperature and can heat up reasonably quick. Use this oven to make your store bought pizza taste gourmet. The pizza oven is available for 249 pounds.

    Hi J Scott

    That is an impressive stove - wow 30kW…

    We have just recently added a new stove range to our online shop - I mainly specialise with stone, but it’s quite interesting, I mean the whole field of stoves.

    That is a great looking stove - I would imagine from the picture, that it could fit quite nicely in both contemporary and traditional settings…

    By the way, I also love Pizza’s - I have my own special recipe!
