How Do You Write?

I suppose this is more of a questiion for writers who write stories and novels and such. I like knowing how other people write. I was thinking about this the other day while reading T L Raun’s blog. He is half of the plot dog team. Maybe he could tell me how he writes since I know he comes by and reads my blog here.

Do you get up in the morning drink a pot of coffee, read the paper then write something or do you write when the mood strikes you? I noticed you write a chapter then place it later, do you outline the whole novel on paper or do you go with the flow? Which is easier, in your opinion writing a screenplay or writing a novel?

I am always interested in how other people write and I love to know how you write.
