Wildwood, NJ

After I graduated from high school, I started a new tradition, every summer for one day my friends and I would pile into my car, travel through Philadelphia and go to Wildwood, NJ. I loved it there because the beach was wide and clean and at night there was so much to do. This one time M and I went after our birthday and there was this giant swing there attached by bungees. Her and I both wanted to try it and for my birthday present, she paid for the two of us to go on it.
Wildwood was the first beach the boyfriend went to. When my parents were away and I was dogsitting, I invited the boyfriend down and we drove to Wildwood. For some reason, no matter how many times I have been there I always get lost coming out of Wildwood and trying to find the Garden State Parkway. The day turned out to be better than expected, after we were done on the beach we walked along the boardwalk and the rain came. We hung around an arcade until the rain dies down some. The streets were flooded and it took me twice as long to get back on the Garden State Parkway.
Wildwood, NJ is great family beach vacation as there is the beach in the day the boardwalk and the amusement piers at night plus there are tons of arcades and shops to look through. I used to buy a new necklace every summer from a shop on the boardwalk. And if you live in the tri state area (NY,PA, NJ) it is inexpensive to travel there because it is close. There are cheap hotels and resorts in Wildwood NJ and you can visit moreryspiers.com to find the hotel for you.
Morey’s Piers are the folks that run the amusment piers on the boardwalks, so if you are planning a trip to Wildwood be sure to check here for special deals.
