About Me 101 Things

My blogging buddy Claire did this on her own blog and since I thought it might be a good idea. Here there are 101 things about me that either you did know or didn’t know. Hopefully, I don’t lose count because 101 is alot!

1.  I am a mom of one child who was born in 6/04.  I am very happy with one child and I don’t forsee anymore children.

2. I am a writer. Is that obvious or what. I am not published tradtionally yet but  I am working on that.

3. I learned to read at a very early age and because of this I was way above my reading level for my age. My mom let me read adult books such as Stephen King when I was 10 or so.

4. Speaking of my mom, she let write cuss words in my stories way before I could say them aloud.

5.  One more thing about my mom, we graduated from the same high school Weird isn’t it? Her in 75 and me in 98.

6. I was born on 7/15/80 and I am a cancer and what they say about cancers is true for me.

7. I do not plan of ever getting married from personal choice.

8. I have 2 dads. Let me explain, my parents divorced when  I was 9. My step dad, though I call him dad (he comments as dadu) is much as a dad as my bio. dad. They both helped form the person I am today.

9. I have been from Maine to Florida but never further west than Cincinatti, OH.

10. Born outside of Philly, I lived in differen places in PA then  Newark, DE , Merrimack, NH and then back to PA

11. I have love hate thing about moving love going to somewhere new hate packing.

12. I hate washing dishes and if by some chance I sell a story for a lott money I will be buying a dishwasher.

13. I collect dragons

14. Stephen King is my inspiration and I love him

15. I also love Craig Ferguson

17. I used to print my stories and poems on a dot matrix printer

18. Eventhough I always wanted to be writer I knew had to pay the bills, I used to want to be a lawyer.

19. In my teens, I changed my career choices often some of what I wanted to be coroner, nurse,  mortician

20. My 2 favorite video games are Pac-Man and Tetris

21. I have online since 93

22. I am very good in math and science and I took honors level classes except Geometry and Chemistry

23. My best friend I have known for 13 years

24. I can not count. At least not in large quantaties. I always mess up.

25. My first job was a bagger/ car wrangler at the grocery store at 16.

26. Other jobs I had in my life include soldering, plastic injection, cashier and diswasher

27. I am my worst critic and everything I write sucks but for some reason I keep moving foward.

28. I went to Penn State for 2.5 years

29.  If we want to get technical, I am award winning in high school I won a few awards for my writing.

30. In the last election I voted for George Bush because I liked him better than Kerry.

31.  When I turned 18, I registered to vote and my dad and I went to the polls together.  I voted for Tom Ridge that year.

32. I do believe voting is important and  I encourage everyone to do so

33. I believe in America and freedom

34. I do not believe in god. I consider myself pagan because that is where I suppose I fit.

35. God is not the name  but something that combines us all

36. I think I might have seen ghosts but I am really not sure

37. Yes, there are aliens from other planets. We would be quite arrogant if we thought we were the only ones in the universe.

38. I used to want my ashes spread on mars

39. I am terrified of Tornados but I am fascinated by them as well

40. Also terrified of chain saws but not fascinated by them

41. I love all types of music exceept elevator music

42. Typically I listen to classic rock to hip hop.  I like disco

43. My favorite band is Pink Floyd and I was very fortunate to see them with Dadu in Philly.

44.  I also love Tori Amos and saw her in concert as well.

45. Speaking of concerts I seen Billy Joel and Elton John tour together.

46. I sang in choir since 6th grade. Though I am not a good singer

47. I have been with the boyfriend for 7 years yikes time for someone new

48.  My first car was a dodge daytona. Me and that little car stayed together for a long time had a lot of accidents.  It used smoke out the parking lot with smoke.

49. I currently drive an 86 Lynx

50. Now we are the half way point. Probably a good time to go to the bathroom, smoke, get some coffee or whatever

51. I still have my tonsils

52. The onlly major surgery I ever had was a c-section to deliever my daughter.  I threw up on the nurse

53. I had one wisdom tooth and one regular tooth pulled. I have rest of my teeth.

54. I think my nose is huge but I will never get a nose job

54. I do have issues about my weight and one point  I lost 60 pounds but now I am lazy and don’t do what I need to.

55. I was extremly fortunate to know 2 great grandmothers and one great grandfather.

56. I have younger brother

57. I have one step sister who is older by 3 years and one who is younger by 5 months

58. One time on vacation, someone thought that my step sister and I were twins

59. Speaking of strange I do look like Dadu, I have a whole magic sperm theory

60.  I love horror movies

61.  I love the old napster

62. Right around the same time I visited death dot com for gross pics

63. I love gore at least watching it

64. I do not read romance novels but I will read love stories to a point

65. I becomee agitated quickly

66. I have a tattoo on my ankle of 2 lizards in a ying yang

67.  I used to have my tongue peirced

68. I was told once that I am a very driven person

69. If I were more patient I would be teaching English

70. If I were patient I would in web design

71. I am a hardworker

72.  Call me a dork but I loved school and I used to want to stay in school forever.

73. I was a girl scout once

74. I plan on being very involved with my daughter’s education.

75. I like Big Brother and Survivor

76. My favorite show is CSI

77. I used to watch Dallas with pizza and pepsi with my parents. A great memory

78. I love card games eespecially Rummy 500, canasta is way too difficult

79. I love Scrabble and Monopoly

80. I loved playing Trivial Pursuit with my grandmotheer and others because it was just a hilarious time.

81. I lost 3 grandparents to cancer and I am horrified of it

82. In elementary school, I was the tallest girl in my class.

83. I wish I were taller but I stopped growing at 5 feet 7 inches

84. I have dirty blonde hair

85. My eyes used to be blue but now they are gray.

86. I can’t make up my mind on how to spell grey.

87. I love pizza and food Italian

88. I love anything spicy the hotter the better

89.  I also have a weakness for cheese and ice cream.

90. I am full blown coffee addict

91. I am chaotic in an organized way.

92. It makes me uncomfortable when people talk about my work about things they see that I don’t.

93.  I like things that smell good

94. I went to school for journalism but that is not the place for me.

95. I tried different forms of my signature until I had it just right for when  I autograph stuff.

96. I really believe that I will be famous one day

97. I make necklaces and some might even call me crafty

98. I can cook, I am not Martha Stewart but I am adventurous to try new things while cooking.

99. At almost 28, I am still not sure who I am

100. I hate flying but I love roller coasters.

101. I believe I have a good life.
